We loved the Cherry Tree Lodge! We had a little bit of trouble finding it at first because we were relying on our own GPS, but once we walked in and saw the million dollar view, our entire family was ecstatic! It has two gorgeous porches facing Mt. Conte, and every furnishing is brand new. The hot tub was fantastic. The location is only five minutes from Gatlinburg, and it’s a quick drive down the mountain. We loved every minute of it!

Cabin was great. They needed to update the utensils for the kitchen and grill. Everything else was a wonderful experience.

This was the most amazing cabin we have ever stayed at. The staff was great and the cabin was super clean which is so important during Covid

We absolutely loved our Mary’s cabin!! It was little and perfect. We will stay again for sure. It was a little hard to find the first time but after that it was smooth sailing. The directions they gave us to find the cabin were turn by turn perfect. It was at the back of the road so no one was driving passed. Nice and quiet. Amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I rented a condo through Auntie Belhams. The experience was NOT what I expected. We rented a two bedroom condo and the pictures were obviously altered to show the best view. When we arrived, the outside of the property was not well kept. Our room, on the 5th floor, was almost non accessible because the elevator was out for the duration of the trip which meant that we had to walk up 5 flights with our belongings for 3 days. The interior was much smaller than the pictures showed and the floor plan showed 2 jacuzzi tubs but there was only one. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE!

If I could give zero stars, I would...they are lucky to get one. We booked 4 nights and woke up on morning one with an infestation of millipedes. Yes, they are harmless, but it is disgusting. We killed over 60 including 1 in our food cupboard. We called the company and they had maintenance come over to spray - it took several hours before they arrived which meant another 20 or so bugs to kill. They sprayed and less than 24 hours later, the bugs are back, this time also upstairs in our bedroom. My husband called again and they said there really isn't anything that can be done and they do the best they can. No way will we ever be back to one of their cabins. Bugs belong outdoors and I truly hope they have a change of heart and at least try to fix the issue for future families who stay here. Only two more nights (thank goodness for a king size bed so our 12 year-old can sleep with us).

Its all romantic place, good charm and excellent service.

My family stayed for 4 days in the Leconte View Cabin and we were not pleased at all, the beds were awful for your back. The cabin location was so hard to find, one wrong turn and your lost for a while. We had blinds broken and light bulbs not working. The sofas were nasty the leather off the sofas were peeling off and looked gross. Pieces of leather were everywhere. We weren’t happy at all for what we payed, we will never go back there.

Great cabin clean very well maintained also in a great location. I only disliked that the owners didn’t allow us access to the garage so we had to walk all of our belongings up 2 flights of stairs and down when we exited. You guys really need to address this issue. #parkexplorer

Best cabins we have ever stayed in.

We stayed at players paradise was exactly what we were looking for lots of things to do at this cabin which was what we wanted because of the covid19 we spent all of our time in the cabin the game and theater was amazing we have stayed with Auntie Belhums several times and highly recommend them

LOVE the cabin-- but NO internet capabilities. Do not plan to do any work that requires much internet. One side of upper room let me on internet, but only using my own paid data.

WE HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! THE CABIN WAS AMAZING AND SO SO CLEAN. WE SLEPT IN THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER.... WISH I COULD HAVE TAKEN THEM HOME WITH ME. CABIN WAS FULLY SUPPLIED SO OUTSIDE OF FOOD AND DRINKS WE DID'NT HAVE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. WE WILL BOOK WITH AUNTIE BELHAMS FROM HERE ON OUT. THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING US WITH SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK
