We loved our stay and the cabin was very clean. We had no problems find the cabin, it is just a lot of little roads that are very curvy. We did find a alternate route out the back that took us over to the arts & craft community. We will definitely be staying with Auntie Belhams Cabin Group again.
We really enjoyed our stay.....the location was great & secluded...the place was very clean and we have enough towels for our stay....no bugs and the deck was ver cozy....we will be coming back next year!!!
The check in experience was so easy during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff were very friendly. The only real downfall was the location of the cabin we rented. The pictures made it look like it was in a secluded area; it was by a busy road and lots of noise. The cabin itself was lovely.
Loved the cabin we rented . It was just as it was pictured on the website! Very clean and well stocked and furnished. The office staff was very helpful the 2 times I needed information prior to arriving. I would recommend Auntie Belhams to anyone considering visiting the smokies!

During COVID-19 my family and I needed a get away. We stayed at the Snuggled In cabin. It was perfect sized for our family. When we first arrived we noticed the toilet leaking a little and within 30 minutes someone was there to fix it. The check in process was super easy and the people were great. Beware of the crazy roads to get to the cabin but all total we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Easy check in and check out procedure and great communication and customer service leading up to our stay. Staff was very friendly. The cabin was so nice and very clean. Could have used a bigger coffee pot, but we are just hard core coffee drinkers! We will definitely stay with Auntie Belham's again!!
It was wonderful, the only complaint was only 2 TV’s worked. I know you are not in a beautiful cabin to watch TV, but some wanted to at night.
We were able to get into our cabin 2 hours early. When we arrived, maintenance was there inspecting our cabin to make sure nothing needed repairs. The cabin we rented had some of the items provided that the website stated they did not supply. Overall the cabin was a great escape from everything going on in the world! We will definitely be going back!
We had a great time at the cabin. Everything was in good condition. We did not find any problems. The big highlight of the stay were the bears walking across the property. We were all so glad we got to see them up close and personal. Many memories Acquired from this stay. Yes we would rent this property again
We always use Auntie Belhams when we come to the Smoky Mountains. They treat us so well and make the experience nice and easy. Cabin is clean and ready for us when we arrive. We can't ask for anything more.
Check in was very easy and the women were very nice. As soon as you pulled up you were greeted. Our cabin was very nice and quiet. We could hear the waterfall very romantic.
Great value for the money. Instead of just a hotel room you have an entire cabin. It was very clean and well taken care of. If e also enjoyed the seclusion; yet, we were close to all the attractions.
Great place the only thing is they should warm someone about the up and down hill climb for vehicles i have a jeep so no problem we passed an over heated car

The virtual check in went very well. It was nice to not have to go to the office. We enjoyed our cabin and will probably stay there again. My only complaint is the bathroom needs new fixtures. While they were clean, they were very stained.
