Audley Travel were fantastic at arranging and supporting our family holiday to Tanzania (safari and then Zanzibar). From the very start our agent, Harriet Mercer, gave us really valuable advice and support to initially choose where to go and then plan and finalise all the details. Our trip was for a special family celebration and we always felt Harriet knew what we wanted and how to turn that into a fantastic adventure. The holiday really delivered what we wanted; the venues were perfect and the logistics all went smoothly. Thank you Audley and Harriet for a fantastic trip that we will always remember.

The preplanning was a thorough review of what we wanted to see on our trip to South Africa. All the plans fell into place perfectly. The hotel and lodges we stayed in were beautiful, staff friendly and helpful. Our safari was perfect - we saw the Big Five and more. Up close and personal to elephants and lions and more. Our specialist was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She made our trip perfect and I would highly recommend using her for any travel plans.

Thora really made sure to take the time to understand the experience we were looking for - from the private guided tours to the boutique hotels. She made sure that every step of the trip was well-planned in advance...we didn't have to think of any of the details and could truly just enjoy our honeymoon! Its unusual for me to come up against someone who talks as much as me but Leo was the man! We have had a fabulous experience with Leo planning our next Audley holiday - having already used them for Costa Rica and Borneo! Our trip clashes with the football world cup which made things tricky but Leo worked his magic and has come what looks like a great trip - will report back once we have been (June 2026).

Joanna orgnaised the most amazing trip to Borneo for me. Her communication before and throughout was faultless. There are no words to describe my trip. It was perfect and faultless. I have the most amazing memories and I cannot thank Joanna enough for all that she did. She is one in a million.

I traveled with my family to Indonesia this summer with Audley and can truly recommend them and in particular our advisor Charlotte Callin who helped us organise the trip. Before booking, we knew we wanted to go to Indonesia, but had not much ideas how to organise the journey and had no time to work on it. After a brief chat Charlotte on what our main interests are as a family and what we wanted to do, she reverted with a proposed itinerary which we adopted without changing anything. It was a great mix of all the activities we like and places we wanted to visit, with the right balance between activities and times to rest in beautiful locations. Thank you Charlotte for advising us and helping us organise this wonderful holiday, which memory we will remember for ever.

This was a very special holiday for us as it was to celebrate our twenty fifth wedding anniversary. We took our two sons both in their early twenties. We had high expectations but the whole experience exceeded our expectations hugely. The whole trip was amazing and the way we were looked after by everyone involved made us feel so special. From the admin crew back in the UK, to the safari team, the airlines local and international and of course the Zanzibar hotel team, everyone made us welcome and gave us a holiday we will look back on forever. With Audley Travel, you are not traveling alone. We recently finished a wonderful three-country South American tour custom-designed for us by Michael Waxman of Audley Travel It involved very complicated travel with multiple border crossings, including airlines, trains, automobiles, and even a motorized canoe. The only complication occurred when we were to enter Chile from Bolivia. We were at a very isolated location 15,000 feet in the Andes when our guide received notice that the border was closed due to a snowstorm. Somehow, Audley found two wonderful guides from Chile who drove 9 hours to an alternate crossing, got us through customs at an isolated location, and to our hotel safely. Our trip continued the next day on time and on schedule. Don't travel alone. Travel involves more than a list of destinations. Trust a company that will be there when plans take an unexpected turn. Audley has earned our trust and is planning our next big adventure.

I have just booked my Costa Rica trip with Thomas Carroll. My initial experience wasnt great, but Audley Travel have exceeded my expectations and arranged a great itinerary for me. Thank you Thomas I cannot wait

The most fabulous experience was planned for us through Audley travel! Every tour and guide was fantastic! Kudos to our country specialist, Andria Channels! Most memorable moment was swimming off the coast of Capri!! Can’t wait to plan another trip!!

Absolutely loved the support services of Audley Travel. Planning a big trip but not knowing where to start was overwhelming, but Audley. Our representative Thora was familiar with South Africa and catered our experience perfectly. From the sites, to local mission experiences to unique hotels it all came together beautifully.

Just got back from Bali and was so pleased with our entire trip. Zach Vogel coordinated our trip and worked closely with me through every detail. Not only did he get all of the excursions well chosen for my 2 boys but he was also able to fill my needs and expectations for a very soulful, local feeling, non- touristy vibe I was really craving. Hotels were perfection as well. If you want to travel but not stress about all the details and just really enjoy yourself and be present in the moment, ask for Zach - A+ through and through!

We decided on Tanzania for a safari destination and were looking at various options, until we found Audley. My first call with Harriet couldn’t have gone any better. She listened to what we wanted, understood the assignment. Gave us a couple of options to look at whilst on the call and then Harriet set about organising our trip. Harriet kept on constant contact with us throughout, she was there for the little things as well as the big things. We picked Nyerere National Park and Zanzibar and the whole trip could not have gone any better. The internal flights and all the transfers were there with signs up for us. All these made it a very stress free trip. Harriet emailed mid trip to check in on us and called us the day after our return to check in on us and was thrilled we had a lovely time. I shared a photo of the Leopard we saw, which Harriet was grateful for and suggested she would share with her colleagues.

Professional from the very start, incredibly knowledgeable country specialist who put together an excellent itinerary. All aspects of our Canadian trip were looked after by our dedicated consultant, Rachel Peters, who was involved from the initial planning stage until after our trip. Her knowledge and input was invaluable and she was lovely to deal with.Nothing was too much trouble for her.

We booked an East Africa trip with Natasha , who made recommendations for us which was a mix of Safari in Kenya and relaxation in Zanzibar . Natasha had stayed in all three of the establishments she recommended to us which gave us a great deal of comfort . The recommendations were 100% spot on . As was the organisation . Transfers , connections , internal flights and pick ups all dovetailed perfectly. We had looked at reviews on all of these and our expectations were very high indeed . It’s very fair to say that all our expectations were exceeded. Not a single aspect of our holiday could incur any hint of a negative comment . The first camp on Safari was Loisaba Lodo Springs in Kenya . Incredible luxurious accommodation , spectacular food and service from the wonderful staff The Safari itself was first class . We had a very knowledgeable guide who made sure we saw the big five . The second camp , Sanuri Eagle View in Kenya was on the Masai Mara with incredible views and great accommodation and a great safari experience. The relaxation part of our holiday as at Zawadi Hotel in Zanzibar - 12 separate villas overlooking the Indian Ocean . My review on Trip Advisor said that if I could , I would award it more than 5 stars . Beautifully appointed secluded private villa and food that would have sat comfortably in a Michelin Star Restaurant. Staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us . This was our first experience with Audley Travel . From the very first contact with Natasha, through the recommended itinerary , booking , payment , travel advice , video briefing on Tanzania and the holiday itself , the whole process was smooth , efficient and totally professional . A wonderful experience .

Tamatha planned our Japan/South Korea trip from beginning to end, and it was AMAZING! It was everything we hoped it would be. We discovered many new places and things, and we learned so much about the culture of these countries. We will be booking with Audley again and asking specifically for Tamatha - highly recommended!

An incredibly well-designed itinerary in Japan, focused on our requests and interests. Our tour agent did an amazing job of leading us through all of the planning process and letting us know various options each step of the way. All the hotels/ryokans were wonderful as were tours and guides scheduled for us. As to the country and people of Japan - nothing like it - a place of community, hospitality, kindness and calm (even though crowded and vibrant). Wonderful!!

Robyn was very knowledgeable about our trip, the safari lodge (Impodino) was perfect. 4 stars for Audley as there was one major change that happened to our itinerary that we weren't informed of but after a quick email it was sorted. But the holiday was a bucket list one and I felt in good hands for this special trip.

My husband and I had such a wonderful trip to Italy planned by Sarah! From the car services to the train, every form of transportation was seamless. Our 2 hotels we stayed in were the perfect fits. Sarah’s recommendations once I explained what I was hoping for were 100% accurate. It was like the 2 hotels were made for us! The 2 tours we did through Audley were so much fun. Our Colosseum and Roman Forum private tour was personalized just for us. The Capri boat tour was the most perfect full day excursion. We ate at 2 recommended restaurants and they were exactly as described. We cannot thank Sarah enough for her knowledge of Italy, her passion for travel and her expertise in planning the most perfect vacation!

My daughter and I went on an amazing trip to Iceland and Julia did such a great job booking everything that we could want! Everything was taken care of and we had so much information and tips to help us with our journey. It was funny that when we were sitting in the lounge in Chicago O'Hare a woman saw our Audley book and she said so many good things about her trip to Southeast Asia using Audley! I would definitely recommend Audley to a friend!
