Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Danube cruise Budapest to Bucharest return
Good quality cabin and ship. Staff friendly and helpful. Tours good, some a little rushed. Staff went beyond the call of duty. Food generally ok, but a bit bland. Breakfast needs improving, more variety and wholesome. Some elements over cooked I.e. sausages, shame no variation of food in irish bar, supper bit fatty for later in the evening, some cheese and biscuits would be better. Reasonably good value for money.

Transport to, from and during the trip worked well. Cruise itinerary interesting, ship was clean and well maintained and cabin very good. Food was a bit restricted although dairy-free requirements were met without complaint unlike many other river cruises wew have been on. A few different on-board activities would have been good, especially at night.

A very good holiday marred by the bad design and functions within of the cabin.
We were disappointed with the layout of our cabin on the Travelmarvel Vega. The door of the shower/toilet was too close to the bed. This caused disturbance to ones partner with the light shinning out across the cabin when the door was opened and the excessive noise of the flushing system, which not only woke up the occupant plus others in the surrounding cabins. The water in the wash basin could not be contained as the plug was fixed open. When moored, we could not see out of our windows, as we had other ships moored up alongside us on both sides. Chairs in the Dining Room were very uncomfortable and offered no support to our backs. The instructions to operate the safe in our cabin was very misleading. On the plus side..... The staff were marvellous. Friendly and efficient. Especially our cabin steward, waitress and Tour Manager. The tours were well organised with very knowledgeable guides The food was very good and plentiful, and the entertainment was very good.

Would recommend this company to anyone thinking about a River cruise. Well organised don't have to book excursions they are all included with great guides and tour directors are amazing. Just completed our 6th river cruise with them and are going again in a few weeks. So professional .

High quality experience
APT supply a holiday experience which is of the highest quality. Their staff on board the river cruise were extremely pleasant and helpful. The tour director did a lot of research on the destinations so that we were well informed throughout. Food good, wine etc at meals plentiful. This is our third APT river cruise. Would recommend them
