Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

We purchased a new washing machine on a Sunday and received it on the following Wednesday (as we live regionally). The delivery guys were great, removed the old machine and full installed and tested the new one. We couldn't be happier with the prompt and efficient service.

Product not delivered and no communication

Ordered an oven 2.5 months ago and was given an initial delivery date one month later and the product never arrived. No communication as to why, I had to contact them. Given another delivery timeframe. Then was contacted saying it’s going to be later. They said they didn’t know when the oven could be delivered even after calling the supplier. And just now, another delayed delivery date. Was offered another item similar with very very minimal discount. Would NEVER use again and I don’t even know if I’ll get my current oven on order. DON’T USE them! SO07944344

Customer Care and Logistics at it's best.

Communication was excellent throughout the process. The item was delivered on the nominated date and on time as per the delivery text message. The item was received as advertised on the website. Would I consider using Appliances Online again, absolutely. Thanks to all involved.

Terrific service

I’ve used Appliances Online several times and am so impressed. Above all, the customer service is wonderful and you can talk to an actual person. The speed and professionalism of delivery is great, they delivered to us for free in a rural part of town where even our postie won’t deliver the mail. No issues with any appliances chosen.
