I ordered a stylus from your company, but as soon as I purchased it I realised that it was the wrong one, so I sent two emails to you to cancel the order but it still shipped and I had to post the parcel back to the warehouse address and get a full refund.

The response and delivery was excellent, however, the item is not a perfect fit. I have sent emails to their email address but no acknowledgement or response to date. This lack of response will impact the review going forward. I contacted the company by phone this morning and Siobhain responded and remediate my issue immediately. Excellent customer service.
