Puchased a mattress and box spring at the Broadway Store 17 in Tucson. Salesperson Marco was very helpful with great product knowledge and good listening skills. Very pleasant experience from greeting to farewell!
Jill was the best worker and she is so nice and we will be soon to see her to get some more stuff.
I went to American Freight to purchase a washing machine. I applied for the financing and was approved. The clerk sent a link to my phone that I had to approve the purchase. I clicked "Approve" but nothing happened. The clerk was unable to complete the purchase. We wasted an hour because they are not able to actually approve a purchase even when the buyer is standing right there. Also, the washing machine on the floor was used. It was not just a scratch and dent model, but a used, returned model.
DJ from the West Haven site was awesome with communication and assistance. He was patient and easy to work with. Great working with him.
I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Ms. Lanore Mays of the Marietta store-7612. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Heard so many great thing's about American Freight so me and my son stopped by your Warren and and got greeted by all your safe member's with friendly smile in a very friendly environment as we walk thru Mike Zaremski greeted us and walked with us answering every question we had letting us know about the options we can get on purchasing furniture. He was very helpful every step of the way and if we had anymore questions he answered them we really appreciate his help GREAT JOB!! It's always good to see that good customer service is still around thank you all fir your hard work and good service.
We are very impressed with American Freight - From the very friendly and professional service that we experienced when we bought the LG refrigerator, to the check-up service from their Master Protection Agreement Plan, Alex carefully walked us through the entire process. We are planning a kitchen remodeling project; and because of our excellent experience with Alex at American Freight, we plan to shop for all of our major appliances there.
We purchased a stacking washer/ dryer from American Freight in Portage, IN. We were assured it was a new item– that they sell floor models and "open box" items which "might have slight blemishes, but which are NEW products and come with all the warranties that a new product would". They loaded it into my van, but when I got home I discovered it had leaked water from the washer and the vent was full of lint. The closer we inspected it, the more obvious it was that the machine was used. The machine was even marked with a hand-written installation date on it! This machine was sold, used, and then fraudulently re-sold as new. When I called and explained that the "new" machine we purchased was actually used and we wanted to return it, they said they would not accept the return. The clerk was a liar, and this company cheats customers. Their employees not only lied directly to our faces, they were more rude than I have every experienced! I will never patronize American Freight, and will do my best to make sure that as many people as possible know what a garbage company it is.
They had my freezer boxed and ready to be picked up. Loaded it and helped me strap it down. Very helpful and friendly.

I purchased 4 major appliances and a 5 piece bedroom set. On 08/14/22, delivery was scheduled 08/17/22. The over the range microwave and dishwasher were delivered along with everything else on 08/17/22., but were not installed. I had to hire a professional to install. Dishwasher was installed rather smoothly, but there were problems with the microwave. 1. There was no manual, this was like new appliance,2. Broken plastic turn piece thrown inside, but no glass plate and no place where glass would attach. Call store was this model suppose to spin or not. Manager, Ernest from South Blvd. store, Charlotte, NC. said all were suppose to spin, I volunteered to return microwave, as long as someone comes to car to swap microwave. When I arrive, JT came out switched microwaves, which Ernest had located one with manual and plastic wheel, and glass plate. I made a point of saying, I don’t want to have to come out here again, everything is here? I was assured that everything was here. Well, get microwave home, and installer is attempting to mount microwave, and can’t locate mounting screws, old screws won’t fit. Call store, angry now. Speak to Ernest. He doesn’t seem to understand the problem, he states doesn’t installer carry a variety of screws? I said don’t stores who sell appliances supply necessary components for appliance to be used? I am paying an installer, I do not wish to make the 20 mile trip a second time, I suggested he use Uber to deliver the two bolts to me, so I don’t have to pay another fee to the installer. Ernest refused, said best he could do was take $50 off cost, I asked how do you arrive at $50, he said this is to cover my gas. Ernest knew I was up set, but said he was doing his best. I spent over $6000 at this store, I am asking to be made whole. To refuse to hire Uber to make a delivery, yet pay me $50 for gas, when I have to pay installer another fee , is not fair or appreciative of my business. Now I will not spend another dollar at your store, and any monies on account will be returned to original card. This is on you Ernest, oh yes I also asked for the name and number of regional manager. Ernest would not give, but said he would forward message . I asked when can I expect a call, Ernest said this evening. Needless to sayI have not received a call. Good job Ernest!!!
I went into the store in Waverly in Lansing, MI on Saturday, 8-6-22 to buy a refrigerator. i bought a boxed one for $2000. They delivered today on 8-8-22 and i had a person here to accept the delivery. The delivery guy noted on the paperwork that there were two dents on the front of the refrigerator. I specifically paid $2000 for a brand new refrigerator that when delivered is damaged. I called the store and was told no manager was on duty this afternoon or this evening. I want a new refrigerator that is not damaged and I will be calling the store again tomorrow and demanding a new one.

I paid them $1600 for a washer dryer stackable at the Nashville location and the washer doesn’t work. They won’t refund me or replace it for me.

Stay away from the Ardmore Ok store! The dumb girl that works there and the fat boy sitting on his hind in with a phone in his hand. Customer service if there is any wasn’t NONE! I was lied to about a material of a couch and they tried to hoax me into their financing program hahaha I don’t think so…… Went to Ashley’s and was treated like a customer with a very professional sales associate. The American Freight store is a joke.
