I purchased 4 major appliances and a 5 piece bedroom set. On 08/14/22, delivery was scheduled 08/17/22. The over the range microwave and dishwasher were delivered along with everything else on 08/17/22., but were not installed. I had to hire a professional to install. Dishwasher was installed rather smoothly, but there were problems with the microwave. 1. There was no manual, this was like new appliance,2. Broken plastic turn piece thrown inside, but no glass plate and no place where glass would attach. Call store was this model suppose to spin or not. Manager, Ernest from South Blvd. store, Charlotte, NC. said all were suppose to spin, I volunteered to return microwave, as long as someone comes to car to swap microwave. When I arrive, JT came out switched microwaves, which Ernest had located one with manual and plastic wheel, and glass plate. I made a point of saying, I don’t want to have to come out here again, everything is here? I was assured that everything was here. Well, get microwave home, and installer is attempting to mount microwave, and can’t locate mounting screws, old screws won’t fit. Call store, angry now. Speak to Ernest. He doesn’t seem to understand the problem, he states doesn’t installer carry a variety of screws? I said don’t stores who sell appliances supply necessary components for appliance to be used? I am paying an installer, I do not wish to make the 20 mile trip a second time, I suggested he use Uber to deliver the two bolts to me, so I don’t have to pay another fee to the installer. Ernest refused, said best he could do was take $50 off cost, I asked how do you arrive at $50, he said this is to cover my gas. Ernest knew I was up set, but said he was doing his best. I spent over $6000 at this store, I am asking to be made whole. To refuse to hire Uber to make a delivery, yet pay me $50 for gas, when I have to pay installer another fee , is not fair or appreciative of my business. Now I will not spend another dollar at your store, and any monies on account will be returned to original card. This is on you Ernest, oh yes I also asked for the name and number of regional manager. Ernest would not give, but said he would forward message . I asked when can I expect a call, Ernest said this evening. Needless to sayI have not received a call. Good job Ernest!!!
