I am very pleased with my booking experience but my flight is delayed 4 hours im still here at the airport I should have been home by 2pm. Very bad experience with the airline. I hope they give me some kind of compensation. Otherwise im satisfied with alternative airlines

Klantenservice vriendelijke mensen. Geen lange wacht tijden. Ze nemen gewoon de telefoon gelijk op en helpen je geduldig verder, ondanks het feit dat mijn Engels niet 100% was . Fout in het ticket werd in no time opgelost en je ze bellen je terug om het te melden ook. Geweldige fantastische bedrijf. Ik zeg altijd waar iets duurder is ,is niet zomaar duur want kwaliteit is hoog hier. Ik ben zeer te vreden
