First time using them and it was a great and easy process to book! I needed to change my return date and even though I had to pay extra to change it, they made the process so easy! I will use them again for my next travel adventure!

Me vendieron 4 billetes de avion supuestamente financiados a traves de klarna en 12 plazos,se lo cobraron en uno.Alternative Airlines me dice que es error de Klarna,me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que ellos no financian.Alternative Airlines me dicen que me mandan un enlace para que vuelva a pagar y entonces me lo financian,mi preguntaes como lo van a financiar si Klarna no financia,me siento totalmente estafado.Lo mas curioso es que me mandan un email con todo aprobado para pagar en 12 plazos.

Le service parfait

Despite paying full price company only provided one way tickets to my destination. Now I'm stranded and they want extra money to give me return tickets. Luckily my bank had the final payment as still processing and I should be able to flag that payment as fraudulent and get my money back. I would not recommend this company.
