Easy to change car

Great service , clear and easy to understand great on line experience

Unable to upload documents... I have uploaded documents on the portal as requested and the portal crashed. I then had to call and get a claim number and then email the documents, which I did in two separate emails. I received an automated reminder to send my documents through, so I'm now on my third attempt at trying to send documents to this company. Surely being able to collect documents is one of the most basic things an insurance company should be able to do?

SO FAR SO GOOD. I LIKE THE ONLINE USER INTERFACE. EARLY DAYS. LETS HOPE ALL I HAVE NOT YET SEEN IS GOOD. ASK ME AGAIN IN A WEEK OR SO ;)
