The quotation proceedure and…

The quotation proceedure and explanation at all times from Moneysupermarket was very good and providing you take things very carefully running through the set up proceedure from Allianz, then all seems very straightforward. I should also mention the facility on moneysupermarket whereby you can select up to 6 of the quotes and then see how each compares based on the extent of cover. Very useful.

Awful Allianz!

Allianz make it almost impossible to contact them. They auto renewed my home insurance policy even though I had opted out of that option. Trying to recover the £200 pounds is a nightmare and when I finally got through to the chat text I was told that I had instructed the renewal earlier the same morning, which I didn’t, the money was taken from my account at 8.30am - I didn’t get up till 9.30! Take my advice go elsewhere even if it costs a bit more, god knows what making a claim would be like?
