Tried to renew with email link
Tried to renew with email link, did not work, only telephone number was for a claim, tried on line chat that to did not work, sent email to cancel renewal, had to go with other company due to not be able to ask even if it was automatic renewal! they have now took payment will try emailing them for full refund, worst’s company to deal with
