No problems with my renewal....

Emails with clear information received regarding my policy, easy to use website. As soon as I logged in, there was a box showing my auto renewal is in place with a reminder to check the details are correct and the cover will be as required. Thankfully, I haven't had to experience the claim side of things, therefore I can't comment on that.

Experience was fine

Experience was fine, other than fact that payment system allowed me to enter my AMEX card details, and recognise that it was an AMEX card, despite the fact that you don't accept AMEX. Seems a little peculiar and not the best practice in this day and age.
