Nice quality pins, attention to detail in design. Few shipping bumps but in the end Customer Service was great! Would buy pins from this company again!

I looked at a few companies online to have custom pins made for my company, but some of those websites were had to navigate and sales staff didn't go the extra mile to help me out. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but needed to see the actual design. All About Pins created three proofs, at no charge, to allow me to see what my design was going to look like. The communication I received from Heather and Sandie was top notch; professional, courteous and timely. Hats off to the design team for making quick work of the proofs!

Needed some pins for an event. They were quick to pick up the phone, & to deliver my quote with artwork to boot. Pins arrived earlier then i needed them and the quality was great! After trying about 2 other companies over the years, I will be sticking with All About for awhile.

All About Pins continues to deliver when it comes to service, price, timeliness and customer service. They are very professional and their artwork is outstanding! We needed 1,000 pins for a college event and they came through when we didn't think anyone could with such a short timeline.

One of the best pin makers hands down! I've been making pins with AAP (All about pins) for more than 3 years! Ever since the first design we did everybody loved our pins! High quality, excellent graphic designers on their end. Heather is our account rep and she is superb in customer support and when she's not in the office the other staff is also very helpful and they get things done! We absolutely love going through AAP because of the experience and the quality of the pins. We would not be where we are today without their help!

Okay to be fair the pins are pretty awesome looking. BUT totally not worth the stress of getting them. We ordered on June 7th with a guaranteed ship date of June 27th. Fast forward to July 3rd and after multiple frustrating phone calls with the two customer service reps at All About Pins I had zero information about the location of my pins. So stressful. We were leaving for a Florida tournament on the 5th and the pins were somewhere in China on the 3rd! At no point did the company assume any responsibility for the screw up. At one point one of the two reps said she'd call me back ASAP and when I finally called them to follow up I was told she'd left for a vacation! OMG. I had to spend hours on the phone with fedex to get these pins. They arrived a day later than the date All About Pins guaranteed was the latest possible date I'd receive them, delaying our road trip by two days and forcing us to make the long road trip in one epic push. Zero apology from the company reps. If you're still willing to order from these people after reading this then make sure you tack on minimum two weeks to whatever ime frame they claim they can meet. And don't expect any kind of help or compensation when things go wrong. These dang trading pins have taken years off my life.

I was very pleased with their customer service. They were very professional and friendly. Quick to respond to my requests and the product was very good quality. I highly recommend them.

My group has used this company for the last 3-4 years without issues. This year, we had an entirely different experience. We did not get our pins in time for our event. I called and emailed All About Pins every day two to four times a day from Monday to the day of our event which was on a Friday. We kept getting the same excuses which were "I'm sorry for the delay we are waiting for to hear from the factory" or "We are trying to locate the UPS tracking number to see when it was shipped." It was a bunch bs. They never admitted they screwed up. We got our pins four days after the event ended and asked for a refund. Alex said she would work on it. We haven't been refunded and they refuse to answer our emails or return our calls. We will never use this company again.

They delivered a good product, but the service time to get it was rough. We worked out a split shipment to meet a deadline but they mixed it up and sent the part of the order that was not time bound on time but not the other. So, in summary, if you don't have a tight deadline, they will be great. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere.
