These guys are simply the BEST bike dealer in the world!! In my opinion. I recently bought a 2018 FJR1300 and rode her 2600km down thro France Belgium Lux Germany and Switzerland into Italy and she never missed a beat. This bike and this dealer are fantastic!

Great service from everyone at Alfs. MOTed my KTM1290Supersuke. Sorted a small problem I had. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about bikes. Would recommend these to anyone who owns a motorbike.

Purchased a used bike from these guys it was so easy, they fitted additional parts prepared and delivered the bike to a very high standard. Its a pleasant surprise to deal with such a professional outfit who value customer service.

I wanted to flag up the outstanding service I continue to receive at Alf's Motorcycles. Seriously, an entirely different level to that experienced at many dealers I've used. Whether it's sales (I've bought three bikes), or service (lost track of the work I've had done), parts or clothing, there's always someone on hand who really listens. Good on ya.

Took my MT-10 in for its 6k service. Fantastic customer service, great communication; kept me in the loop regarding my bike. Great price, final bill came in under original quote. Highly recommended dealership.

First time I have used Alf England for my MOTs and servicing and Brian looked after me really well. My bike had been sat around for a few years and needed the brakes bleeding. Very happy with the service thank you to Brian and the team 😀

My latest experience with Alf England confirmed to me their quality of service My blade decided that it wasnt going to work. A franti call to AE (as i was moving house next day) allowed me to push itup to them. After check everything and finding/fixing things i didnt know were faulty, the got it down to ECU which they duly replaced (and associated HISS, tank filler cap) rerouted some of my aftermarket wiring (trickle charger) and basically got me back on the road. All the above sounds simple, but it was far from it and their dedication to getting it fixed was above and beyond. Particular thanks to Brian and Steve, they kept me up to date at all times and their advise was invaluable. Thanks is far from enough

I’ve been dealing with Alf England Motorcycles for about fifty five years! From pushbike bits when I was a kid then my first moped at sixteen and on to motorcycles. Today I picked up a new Yamaha e-bike (absolutely brilliant thing) and the service I got from Stephen was as amazing as it’s always been. Over the years I’ve been served by three generations of the family and picking up the e-bike today felt like I’d come full circle. I got exactly the same level of service I would have got if I’d been picking up a new R1and left feeling good about my new bike and the service I received. Can’t recommend this family run business enough.

this morning picked up a new yamaha n max 125 in a lovely bright red colour . there is not a better yamaha dealer in my opinion . a big thank you to all the staff and will be back at 1st service time ,if not before .

Absolutely brilliant service from Mark, Mike and all the others at dealership, very easy transaction, good fair price for my part exchange, and no messing about collecting new bike, Mark sorted all the boring paperwork in 10 mins and the lads helped get my bike in campervan garage. Nothing seemed any trouble, and even posted off a mirror washer left behind! Top stuff, would recommend all day long.. Forget to mention, my Indian FTR was top great price as well, what's not too like??

Superb purchase experience from start to finish, Alf England got my MT125 in the colour i wanted super fast and delivered on there promise. The Sales Man David was so friendly proffessional and helpful keeping me updated on everything, a real family run buisness hard to find am looking forward to servicing / future purchases etc cannot rate them highly enough. So glad i took my time and choose based upon reviews and an excellent website and communication etc. Thank You.

My 1st time using the service department, can’t fault the work or the polite and courteous team, happy to recommend. The only slight negative being other members of staff appeared a bit distant to engage in chat but I could see they were pretty busy and it didn’t spoil the overall experience. Since review been back for another service, faultless!

Booked bike in for service at Alf Englands. 22/05/2021, what a superb experience. Started off with a business taking Covid very serious with some great controls visible. Professional staff ushering me to the right desk location, pointing out, tea , coffee locations and a sit down area. Never been there before but immediately felt a really professional outfit. Bike was up on the ramp in minutes and what a workshop!!, clear, open for customer viewing, super clean, organised, professional with the biggest shadow board of Yam specific tools I had ever seen lol. Ashley, one of their trained Techs really took care of my bike as I peered through the open workshop window. Hugely impressed. Seen many dealerships over 22 years of motorcycling, you very quickly get to know the good ones…. and this is one of the best I have visited. Could of eaten my lunch off the floor and that was in the workshop, never mind the showroom! Spent a bit of time talking to Brian from Service and Martin, which really rounded off a superb experience. Family run Yamaha dealership begin going for years, I will be back there for next service. There are reasons why dealerships like this last for years… that’s because of the Excellent customer experience. I only bought my bike a couple of weeks before, and without even asking they had transferred any remaining warranty (very short) but that really topped off a delightful service experience. Rode the bike back and as expected felt great, of course, no damage on bike, absolutely nothing but a really well delivered service experience.

Purchased a new bike from Alf England recently and was really impressed with service offered all round. David from Sales was knowledgably, friendly, easy to do business with and did what he said he would, when he said he would which is important to me. And Mike who delivered the bike was really professional and took extra time to explain things to me. Can't fault anything through my experience and will definitely be going back for servicing and future bike buys!
