Shocking!!

Shocking!! Your told to call them, you try and after 25mins you get transferred, then another 20 mins then you get cut off. The same message anytime of the day, saying they are busy. How on earth you can get anything sorted is beyond me. Sorry Lloyds you need to do better.

My 1st time using the service…

My 1st time using the service department, can’t fault the work or the polite and courteous team, happy to recommend. The only slight negative being other members of staff appeared a bit distant to engage in chat but I could see they were pretty busy and it didn’t spoil the overall experience. Since review been back for another service, faultless!
