Aldermore had very competitive savings rates on 3 and 5 year products. There communication is excellent and their website is easy to use. Withdrawals were quick and easy. My wife and I still have savings accounts with them, particularly good for holiday 'fund'.

Very professional and courteous staff who are well spoken and clear. When you phone Aldermore there is no annoying background noise that you get with other “ call centre” type organisations. Making a deposit into Aldermore savings account is very easy. The confirmation by Aldermore of having received the funds is reassuring.

Inept really unbelievable how mismanaged they are. Customer service is abysmal Prefer to contact via email but they ignored my reply to email template and sent me another email template!! Keep ringing leaving VM, sending text messages.
