The phone was answered very quickly by Shane- he was friendly, helpful and reassuring. He was able to listen carefully then summarise my query and advise me on how to go forward with my claim.

Found the policy very easy to set up . The accompanying information was clear and understandable. I was impressed and happy to go with Agria especially as my independent vet told me of his satisfaction with dealing with them and that the coverage was fair . He explained not all companies are by any means equal and you get the service you pay for . Agria are more expensive for my senior rescue dog than others I looked at but I went with the vets advice

Just wanted to thank Lorna for being so helpful with our Agria pet insurance. My husband phoned in to add me as joint policy holder and Lorna sorted this out very promptly, she then was able to speak to me and talk me through the claims process as I had to use the out of hours emergency vets and again today our usual vets for our poorly dog. She was very helpful, empathetic and explained everything so clearly. It was a pleasure to deal with Lorna and we wish to thank her so much.
I had changed my card and therefore my renewal was denied but Shane carefully steered my through the process of paying with new details in a polite manner

Shane was incredibly helpful, and kindly offered to send out new insurance documents without me asking (I had said that I had misplaced mine just now). Just what I needed! And when I commented that I preferred things on paper than email, he noted that preference on each of my records (4 pets).
We got a puppy and started the 5 weeks of free insurance. Sadly, Leeroy passed away before the 5 weeks had even run out. It’s been a lengthy process, but the claim is now being paid, which we are very grateful for. Once we are no longer grieving and feel ready, we will be getting another pup and will most likely go with this insurance company again. Also the staff on the phone was very lovely and empathetic and it was easy to get through.
Telephoned to change address details which was easily acted upon by a very friendly and knowlegable member of staff. I also received information re: my existing policy and benefits and also of ways to access my account via the app and online. Excellent communication. Thank you.
Easy to get through on the phone lines to update payment details, helpful person on the other end of the line and a clear line so it was easy to hear and understand them too :0)

not the cheapest but very impressed with the customer service. Was looking for insurance for our new dog, contacted Agria, the lady i spoke to was extremely knowledgeable, gave me many options and it was this reason alone that i took up the insurance. I put excellent customer service very high on my list of criteria for choosing any organisation and this Agria achieved. Fed up with speaking to bots or booking calls for help.
