Animal Tracker offered 5 weeks free insurance with Agria pet insurance which was confirmed on 23/08/25, However it had to be activated by Agria; which it hasn't been. I have emailed their customer services twice but have had no reply. It is now the 09/09/25, which is terrible customer services, and they have lost a longterm insurance customer. I will now be looking for a more reliable insurance company for my puppy. UPDATE After speaking with Tracey (who was very helpful) we now have our 5 weeks pet insurance, although there is only two weeks left. I might add I had phoned them on several occasions and emailed the twice before Tracey came to my rescue. We're still unsure if we would continue with lifelong cover with Agria, we shall see.
Professional and polite service from the person on the phone explained everything to myself and ensured I understood everything never felt rushed or pressurised, first class.

It was a personal, person centred conversation with your customer operator. She was extremely efficient, caring and offered support on a couple if things I was not even aware I could ask to have set up. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
Thankfully haven’t had to use the insurance yet, but I know I can count on it when I need it. Fairly affordable, and they provide monthly payment with no extra cost. Which is great as pets can be easily insured. Spoke with Lorna who was brilliant, had to sort out a few issues with details and Lorna sorted them out quickly. No admin fee either which is a major plus.

Quick an easy
Agria certainly put your money where their mouth is. I hadn't been long insured when my Ragdoll boy became unwell with a difficult to diagnose condition and it was a relief just to say, yes do what is needed. These days it can come down to the wire or, sadly past it, if it is down to eat, pay rent/mortgage etc or treat your furry family member. Luckily in the UK we don't have this heart break with our human treatments 'yet' but no one wants to see their animal go, if they can be saved and fairy Godmothers are backed up until the year dot!! (technical jargon for 'in your dreams buddy and even then we ain't paying'. Fairy Godmother play Hard now a days and you should hear the tooth fairy 🤬💩talk. LOL). Anyway cat sorted to as good as can be and virtually entire bill cleared in one swoop. Pick carefully and then pick Agria.
