No possibility to talk to anyone to clarify issues of concern. I received a response suggesting that I contact Ageas LIVE CHAT line. This is the precise complaint that I made. It just shows that these companies do not understand the needs of prospective customers

I am with Ageas for my second year in a row as my renewal was cheaper than last year. I value lotlyalty being rewarded like this. I have just purchased a new car and transferring my policy over was incredibly easy. I was a bit disappointed that they won't insure multiple vehicles but they have me options to keep my old car insured temporarily while I sell it. They were also cheaper than every other site for this. The call centre was really helpful and made me aware of the cheapest way to make amendments rather than making me do it over the phone and were efficient in sorting my temp insurance once my insurance was transferred to the other vehicle.
I found this insurance useful and meet my needs.
