Getting accomodation through Ad Hoc was incredibly easy and that is mostly down to great communication from both Lauren and Martin. Lauren guided me through the process of securing this property with ease and answered many questions that I had and continues to make me feel very supported. Martin was brilliant at showing me in, covering all bases and giving plenty of advice on the area as benefitted by him being a local. Great team ⭐

Rebecca was very helpful and explained the whole process. Everything was very smooth and in a week I was moving in.

The process of becoming a guardian was very smooth, from the first viewing, to referencing and then to moving in. Charlie and Meliz were helpful and professional and answered all of my questions.

What a stunning experience with Fed at Adhoc property. She did a wonderful job in finding the property for our urgent occupancy within 10 days. All the paper works and agreement copies are done within a week and happily moved to a good house as per the request. I’d like to comment on my on boarding process, I was going through a rough patch and I just needed to find somewhere to live. Fed is the one I spoke with, she understood my situation and made it possible for the checking process to be done within a couple of days, I appreciated that.
