Property Guardianship is great! Our experience of being property guardians has been great, I would recommend it to anyone who needs an interesting place to stay.

I found Ad Hoc by chance, and after I contacted Robert Cross and decided to move in everything was ok. I could save some money from rent and use it to travel more, mainly my objective when moved to one of their properties as a guardian.

Only just started as a guardian with ad hoc but so far so good, staff are really helpful and it's easy to deal with any issues that may come, decent prices for the accommodation and the other folks in the building are pretty decent

I was a Guardian for Adhoc on and off for 2years within the same property. For a very reasonable price you pay per month, large rooms and no need to worry about issues. AdHoc would accommodate the service of maintenance and any issues raised are dealt with promptly. Ellie & Rob really helped me out both times I needed to either come back to rent with AdHoc or just had general issues or enquiries. Overall the quality that you receive is more then you expect. So thank you for everything!

I first joined an Adhoc Guardianship in 2019 and am now in my second building with them. Like others I was a little dubious about moving in but haven't looked back since. I've always got on well with all my housemates (often better than in shared houses!) and found their buildings offer much more space at almost half the cost of private renting. The short notice period was also initially a worry but they have always been helpful and done their best to find alternative accomodation when building owners have given notice.

I used Ad Hoc to find a room. They were professional, friendly and efficient and would have no hesitation using them again in future

I found Ad-Hoc to be a very helpful service. Ellie Esan was particularly helpful and I was brought through the process of becoming a property guardian with remarkable ease and efficiency. I was delighted to have explained to me that the guardianship would entail a flat rental with no added living costs in energy consumption, and have found it easy to resolve any issues I have experienced during my stay.

I moved into an AdHoc property last year and it’s been great! Good value for money, a beautiful property and it was easier to get moved in and organised than normal renting, Ellie from the main office was very helpful and got everything processed quickly and Norman my property guardian has been an amazing help the whole time I’ve been here too.

As a guardian through Ad Hoc, I benefit from low rent in a lovely property. Rob and Ellie (Liverpool office) are friendly and efficient and I feel supported when issues arise. Highly recommended :)

Moved in at the height of lockdown and have to say I'm impressed with my accommodation.

I was a Guardian for Adhoc for 3 yrs and I will say that my experience was positive, unusual accommodation in a commercial building, for the very reasonable price you pay per month the space you get is often more than you need, the service by Adhoc is excellent too and any issues raised are dealt with promptly. When the ceiling in my room had cracked and fell in which made the room uninhabitable Rob Cross from the Liverpool office found another room for me to live in while repairs were being undertaken to the ceiling in my own room, the repairs were subsequently carried out soon after. If you want low cost accommodation in an unusual setting then I’d recommend Adhoc.👍

I used Adhoc for just under one year while studying for my Masters. I lived in Liverpool City Centre and the service I received from the company was great, especially Ellie who works at the Liverpool site, very friendly! It was a great service that provided cheap rent as a guardian.

I needed some accommodation at short notice when I found myself working away from home. I found Ad Hoc to be very professional and organized. I dealt with Rob Cross who made the process very easy and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have twice been a guardian with Ad Hoc property Ltd, and I have been very impressed with how the operate. For me personally, I have benefitted a lot in terms of paying very reasonable rent, with very comfortable accommodations. Being with Adhoc has given me the platform to save money to obtain my own property, something I could not have done with out being in an accommodation with Adhoc. The agents are also very helpful and friendly and proactive, especially Ellie Esan, I can not praise her professionalism enough. All in all, a very good company to go with if you thinking of saving money and living comfortably.

Been in the Taunton Old Police Station building about 6 Month. I work long nights, come home to sleep and eat, this works perfect for me. Also means I got cheap accomodation and able to save. No bills to pay and cheap rent, makes a huge difference .If you keep to yourself , don't interfer in others stuff and clean your own mess up, it will work perfect for you. If your big on sharing your music and your mum cleaning up after you, it won't. Support from Trinia (site manager) has been excellent, with any issues being dealt with immediately, she's very approachable and listens.

I've been a guardian on and off for some years now, and it's really worked for me. The low cost involved means I am able to save, instead of spending on endless bills. It's a great characterful building in a nice area, and with great people like Rory and Paul always efficient and helpful only a phone call away should you need them. I'm very happy with Ad Hoc.
