Only done 1 small webinar about trading standards and the rights of potential customers, as well as myself in various situations. I found it useful and I believe it to have been delivered to a high standard. I was impressed mostly by the friendly attitude and the person Access had brought on. (Jemma Cox) It's too early to comment on the actual course I am doing, so I will either drop the stars to 1, or update and leave them at 5 as time goes on. legendary people doing legendary things!

I'm on my last theory lesson today and the lessons have been great, explained well. there is 2 theory lessons a week and there is two teachers who do 1 of the 2 lessons each. Rob is very good he knows his stuff and is very engaging so easy to follow. Brian is also good he knows his stuff however he is sometimes hard to follow with but this is not a big concern just a preference of rob. both teachers have are good at what they do and im very happy with the theory side so far. havent gotten into the practical side yet so cant comment however I would recommend this course for anyone looking to get into the trade as they have a great set up! thanks to both rob and brian for the lessons they have been interesting and informative.

This course is fantastic and you learn a lot, Rob is a good teacher and explains things reasonably well. you also have access to videos and master classes would highly recommend!

Reason for a 4 star is that I haven't had my theory and practical test yet, webinars with Rob and Brian good explained. A bit soon for a full review, but so far so good!

I have really enjoyed the format of the training, there are extensive training materials ands the teaching and support staff are excellent. Rob, Brian and Zakia are extremely knowledgeable and bring the lessons to life with humour and a wealth of real world examples. rob and Brian deliver a well received course they provide a online class room so you can learn from the comfort of your own home. with a live chat we could ask questions as we went and then its all recorded and provided early the following week to rewatch and catch up on any thing missed. very jolly and friendly service and easy to use

I recently did my practical training with Aaron as a tutor at Access training. Aaron was great at sharing his passion and knowledge. As a non native English speaker, he took the time to show me and explain technical terms in a way that I could understand. Thanks again Aaron!

If you are considering undertaking a plumping or gas course, then VOID Access Training like the Plague. Please read their contract fine print very carefully before signing up. I've been ripped-off £3k for a dustbin load of PowerPoint slide decks copied & pasted (plagiarised) straight out of the City & Guilds plumbing book. Access is a rip-off (SCAMMING) training company that'll take your hard earned money under a 14 days cooling off period for thousands of pounds, regardless of standard or quality of service. If you sign-up well in advance of the training then your "cooling off period" will expire. At that point you'll have handed over thousands of pounds, and in some individual cases the full amount - mega bucks - for substandard service! Here's a quick summary of the initial 10 days plumbing online substandard training, and it gets worst... Material Standards 1. Overloaded Boring PowerPoint slides: making the training disengaging and hard to understand. 2. Substandard PowerPoint presentations: poor design, and imagery quality. 3. Materials inaccuracies: mock test papers contain mistakes openly admitted by the trainer. Misrepresentation 4. Salesman misinformation: The City & Guilds Textbook permitted in the open book examination, and confirmed later is not authorised materials. Professionalism 5. Poor communication: Trainer repeatedly referenced he would be “sacked” and frequently reference people as “sausages”. 6. Trainer Absence: replaced with a video recording. Facilities 7. Trainer used home premises restricting the use presentation equipment, loud dog background barking and continual mobile phone message ringing distractions. Technology 8. Voice technology disabled restricting participant interaction and communication. Access Training encourage you to join a WhatsApp group which they don't participate. Out of 18 or so participants on the WhatsApp group at least 50% were dissatisfied and demand their money back from Access Training. Access were taking thousands of pounds of innocent hardworking people's cash for the most applauding training I've ever witnessed. So, please don't make the same expensive mistake as myself and others. And finally, be careful of the positive reviews as it's a clever front-loaded snake-oil salesman’s trick to grab cash. Your've been warmed!
