Just great service over all

Recently completed my diploma level 2 in Plumbing with Access at Brookhouse training centre in Cleckheaton. I had probably the sounded most reassuring and knowledgeable tutor you could ask for. All along the way I was encouraged, supported and when necessary pushed to successfully complete my assessments and I just want to thank the staff at Brookhouse training centre and a special shout out to Ned Sullivan, an absolute legend of a man with more experience that i've got years on this Earth and a heart of gold.

I am currently an electric student with access training, they provide good online training ( easy to fallow and easy to understand). In addition they educate you beyond electrics giving great insight in running a business, starting a business and understanding all you need to know as an employee and or employer. I have enjoyed all webinars that I have attended with access training. Its also plus to know that if you can't watch a live webinar completely, then you can always rewatch the webinar at you own convenience as the webinar is always recorded and send to your email.

The administration team especially Zakia Louis, does a great job clarifying all your enquiries in a time efficient manner. Paul Kelly, who is my course trainer, is an exceptional and very experienced trainer who does is very best answering all our questions relating to the course and kept our learner lessons very interesting. He also motivates us every day so as to gives us more confidence that we are more than capable of been dominant in our area of study. Been doing my gas training with Access and it’s been a great experience so far - the webinars with Andy Sibley were brilliant - he’s a really knowledgeable guy with lots of experience in the field to draw from, and his webinars are really informative and helpful, a great introduction to the course and the trade as a whole. He will take the time to explain things in detail if you don’t quite understand and even though the webinars can be quite long, he breaks them up by having a laugh and a bit of banter with everyone in the class. Really approachable guy who creates a relaxed, supportive and informative learning environment. The practical gas training at the Edenbridge Centre with Stuart Sutton and Adam Lee was fantastic too - again, two really knowledgeable tutors with heaps of experience in the trade who both go to great lengths to support everyone in the class and equip you with all the training you need to succeed in both the course and out in the field once qualified. Stuart was great when I was struggling with the pipe bending aspect of the training - I was absolutely hopeless at first but he went out of his way to make sure I left the training centre at the end of the week fully confident in pipe bending having taken the time to teach me the techniques in a way that I better understood. Adam was brilliant during the assessment week in helping me navigate my write-ups for my portfolio - any questions that I had he was more than happy to take the time to answer them in detail, or if there was anything I didn’t understand about the formatting or layout of the portfolio he would sit down and walk me through it. I’m now onto the portfolio stage of my training before taking my ACS and I couldn’t feel better equipped for it thanks to the help of these guys. Great course, great people!

Doing the plumbing to gas course with Andy. I've been a plumber (predominantly oil, ufh and ground source) for over 30 years. Decided to get my Gas accreditation and couldn't have picked a better teacher. I've done many courses etc over the years, but never had a more personable instructor. Top man. Did the practical training at Sheffield which is a newly opened training centre. They had the majority of equipment required to carry out the training, which was of decent quality. The two tutors John and Glyn were both brilliant, they were patient and very informative. I feel at this point I am just about ready for my assessments and that is thanks to hard work of Glyn and John.

I have just enrolled on the Essentials Gas Engineer course with Access Training and I am already highly impressed with their professionalism and engagement with me to ensure I fully understand the training programme. Highly recommend as a training provider for gas training.
