Good all round service would use again
Of course like many other people I read the reviews about this company. So wasn't quite sure. But I found all the negative ones not to be true. Not only did they ring back when said. They did everything possible they could to make sure that not only the finance went smoothly. They made sure the car was in wonderful condition. So big thanks to Tom who was a credit to his company.. James Watson was the agent that was dealing with my car finance and vehicle purchase. I would highly recommend him to family & friends! I was able to purchase my first ever car even with a poor credit rating James made sure I got the best deal and car! He is very quick with replies and keeping you in the loop. Johnny is a great salesman. Customer service at the highest level. He answered all questions about the car. All formalities were completed within a few days, including the collection of the new car. Johnny found the best financing offer. When picking up the car he was very nice and polite. Cars from them are also very good. I get my dream car within 5 days. At the end we got a bottle of good wine :) Highly Recommended!
Average at best. Still waiting for replacement second key and not had the delivery refund as promised. However delivery driver was excellent. Still waiting on delivery refund. Communication poor

My Experience was nothing but outstanding from Paul O’Brien and his team. I applied for credit on a Saturday and on the Monday Paul contacted me and advised he had found me a Lender. Paul kept me up to date daily via email, text and calls and It took under a week to Finalise my documents and get the car delivered. I literally can not Thank Paul enough for helping me get my own Car. Would definitely recommend. 👍
