I would recommend this company 100% can’t fault them at all from start to delivery to our door amazing service and would definitely recommend Jonny the sales guy! Car is in amazing condition just like they said over the phone / text they accommodated around my work time and also delivered it all the way up to Scotland.
Totally useless. Been trying to contact for weeks now regarding a car advertised. Messaged via eBay, PistonHeads, auto trader and phoned - all no reply despite several attempts leaving multiple contact details.
I must say, I bought a fantastic car and the whole experience was explained as we went through the process. The people there could not be more helpful. I would not hesitate to go there again. I am more than happy to recommend it to anyone. R. Spillets
couldnt help enough when trying to get me finance as soon as car was sold when tried contacting them by email took couple days to even reply back when car turned up it was driven down from up north so had more miles on car then the paintwork was all chipped on doors had to get that sorted said they checked it all over but obviously didnt then the battery failed had to buy new one out my own pocket which took over a week to sort out and then send me a cheque (joke ) now i got wait another week oh and the advert said car had full service history which was a lie the stamps only go up to 59000 cars on 97000 i would be very carefull when buying from rix motors !!!

I dealt with James who started off as a voice on the other end of the phone and became a mate through the whole process. It was a bit of a rollercoaster to get my stuff sorted but James was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and He was pleasant and helpful all the way through.
