Easy to order on the website, so no problems there. As delivery is stated as 2-3 days after shipping, I was surprised when it was delivered the following day whilst I was out and very alarmed to get home to find a large box, albeit lightweight, blocking my front door. No attempt had been made to leave it with a neighbour. It was just sat there, for all to see. I’m amazed it was still there when I got home. I appreciate that delivery drivers are given ridiculous schedules to keep, but ‘dump it and run’ is not acceptable. I paid a lot for standard delivery and expect some care to be taken. The item itself will be really useful in the garden.
