A phone call revealed they had what I wanted. The product was out of date but cheap so I took a chance and ordered excess of my need in case some of it did not work. It arrived in good time.

When I ordered this paint I was very grateful to be able to get this colour which I had already used on part of my fence.When the paint came I undid it and found half the paint had been spilt in the bag .It was very difficult to see how the leak had occurred as the seal was still on.I felt very angry about this so I rang the company to complain but got fed up when I kept being asked all these questions almost as if it was my fault not impressed.

Product was ordered and delivered on time with no damage. Couldn't ask for better, hence the five star rating.

Nothing wrong with the delivery but my foam product had a far lower coverage than advertised. Red bottle had still product in it, the other bottle run out of gas. Same story on both kits. Given the price I am disappointed with the outcome. Shame because the kit is good quality but at best I got 9-10sqm instead of 18sqm.

Service was disappointing, order acknowledgement suggested delivery takes a couple of days and would be advised when on order was on its way. Unfortunately, I had to chase them up after a week to find out when I would be receiving my order. Only then did I get some action. I got the feeling my order had not been processed until after my contact.

The person I spoke to on the phone in the Oban branch (I didn’t get her name) was very helpful and made the whole process easy and quick.

I ordered an item but soon realised when I received it that it was not compatible for my need. I sent them a message advising and returned the item yesterday. Received confirmation this morning that they have received their item and will refund me the cost of the item. Great news from my perspective. AB Building Products communicated well which I think is key in any business. I will certainly order from them again if the need arises. Great business. 😁😁
