Ordered product Weds eve using their guaranteed next day service expecting the order to be processed Thurs, delivered Fri. Of course that never happened " the driver broke down" I understand s"!t happens, but I had guys booked Sat to finish up for guys coming Monday. This all got pushed on a cpl days and ultimately cost me a small chunk of money, I relayed that to the guys and got nothing. Their 'Guarantee' isnt worth the time it takes to write the word, and their customer service probably less, I wouldn't like to have to deal with them over any serious issues, definately will not use again.
