Soon after ordering some Floplast stopends I received a call to offer me an alternative make as AB Building Products no longer stocked Floplast, which I accepted. A short time after that I received another call to say they had found some Floplast stopends and would now send me those. The Company seemed to be very keen to please and offer a service to their customers.
