This company are most helpful - I would recommend them to anyone. They are accessible and the products are of a good quality.

I ordered an ergonomic chair and paid the extra for 3wm's build service. The chair arrived within 2 days! and the price was competitive too, very impressed.

Able to speak with someone when the online ordering system threw up an issue (for us). Rapidly resolved by the team and a very happy customer. Webchat was used to send a message and email repliy within 24 hours. Delivery - spot on

First of all they didn't package my item securely. It arrived with no duct tape or any kind of seal, so the box had come open and two of the three items had fallen out and the final item was crushed. Then they said they would send a replacement and I should have it in two days. Five days later, nothing. So I bought the items elsewhere and asked for a refund. They were difficult about the refund, first telling me to throw the crushed item away, which I did. Then telling me they would not refund until they had received the crushed item back. Eventually they agreed to refund. But they refunded with an e-check. Over a week later it still hasn't cleared and paypal say it will take yet another week. This means it will have taken a MONTH for them to mess me around, not send the stuff and finally refund me. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this worse-than-useless company at all costs.

Appalling, non existent customer service, purchased shredder 16/11/22 from this Co via Amazon, was problematic from outset, constantly jamming even with one piece of paper, item has extremely heavy lid which has to be removed every time shredder needs emptying/un-jamming, I have a terminal respiratory illness which has led to severe scarring in my pulmonary arteries which in turn makes me extremely breathless on exertion, after struggling on with this item since purchase I contacted the seller to explain the issues I was experiencing and to ask for their help, their response was "its out of warranty, contact the manufacturer", they were aware of my health condition but their utterly callous response shocked me. I approached Amazon and informed them of this matter and their response was that they will not intervene with a third party seller and that I can pay to return the item via a courier, I am registered as disabled an simply unable to afford the high cost of returning such a heavy item, so, thru no fault of mine, I am stuck with a shredder that has never worked properly, that is unable to be returned as I cannot afford to have to pay to do this and this item is exacerbating my already terminal lung disease, to have a warranty of less than 8 weeks seems utterly ridiculous, avoid this seller.

Perfect service

Great all the way through. The unit was delivered on time in perfect condition but I needed another 2 shelves at a later date. The 3WM office team was so helpful in getting me the right shelves and brakes to me within two days. I would recommend this company.
