Original shipment not delivered
Original shipment not delivered, called customer support, was to wait a couple more days still not received called back, was told would not ship until Jan 2. Got a confirming e-mail with a new invoice, since prices increased being charged additional tax and shipping. Emailed customer support. Response upset me, very short we do not have your credit card info. Yes you do, it was purchased with credit card. Received product today, paperwork showed me still owing additional charges. I am older and very much “old school”…..a simple phone call to resolve would have been very appropriate and appreciated. I will not pay the additional charges!

For some reason I thought the order…
For some reason I thought the order went through with the incorrect shipping address but once I was able to contact you, I found out that the order was not in the system. I reordered and you called me to let me know you had received it and to make sure the shipping address was correct. I was very happy that you went the extra step. Thank you
