Damaged goods
The taste of the coffee is very good. There was a problem with damaged pods. I did send a notice 02/15/2025. Somehow pods in the Gloria Jean's French Vanilla and Caramel Comfort Oatmilk Latte had holes in them. There were coffee grinds and powder in pod boxes.

terrible web site!
terrible web site! used to be easy to find what you wanted. for me being able to filter out the flavored coffees was number 1, after that easy to find what I wanted. cannot do that now. I am not going to wade through 10 pages of garbage to find what I want. nice knowing you 11th street coffee will not be back.

The web sight is user friendly. Large variety’s of coffee to chose from. Lots of extras to go with your coffee. Creamers, sweeteners, etc. Fast and efficient service and delivery. The packaging is safe and secure, top notch. Need help? They’re just a phone call away! ⭐️
