Package destroyed. Contents destroyed.
My package was left out in the pouring rain and was destroyed. I have a roofed car port where it could have been placed. Very unacceptable. Never ordering again.

My family loves this water and it's difficult to find so we order it from this company and it's very convenient to get it delivered to our door every two weeks like clockwork and never damaged with no issues whatsoever also the price is much more economical than what the local market charges.
