Going Downhill
Well, the subscription is constantly late. It started out on-time, but it seems with each delivery (next month's shipment) gets later each time. My thought is to cancel, but I may try to tighten-up the delivery time to every 2 weeks (or shorter), to cheat the system. I hate that I have to do that to get a paid for product, but you gotta do...

I'm still waiting for my order to arrive!!! It now says that it is running a LITTLE LATE. I placed the order on July 14th and today is July 27th with no movement at all. This is not acceptable. I 've been using your firm for many years and this is very upsetting.

Order delay
I was very disappointed in the communication with my last order. Got a confirmation it was in process but nothing for 6 days afterwards, and only when I sent an email asking where my order was. I then got a response explaining some items were out of stock and had just arrived. I think I should have been notified of the out of stock and that order would be delayed.
