Customer service is alive and well
I had a shipment coming on a regular basis and wanted to make a change. Kelly D. in customer service did exactly what I needed without having me jump through hoops. First when I informed her I wanted a change, she immediately cancelled the order so all I had to do is either make a new order or not order at all. Of course I made a new, bigger order. I was impressed by the immediate and thorough handling of my situation.
