Completely wasted my valuable time.
So I booked a free suspension check on my vehicle because it is making a knocking noise, So I booked my vehicle in online, They knew what my vehicle is, they had all the information on their system when I was booking. So I am waiting about in the the morning waiting to drive it to the Halfords garage for my 11:30 slot, Only to get there for them to say they don't accept vans?! (Even though I have taken my old Peugeot Partner Van to that Halfords before and my current van is a Vauxhall Combo so a car derived van) So it is good to say Halfords have lost a customer, I will never spend my money at a Halfords again.

Absolutely Useless..
Parcelforce tell me that my parcel got delivered to my local Postoffice and it was scanned in at the post office, I go to collect it and they tell me that the items not there, So I sent a message on Twitter to post office customer service several days ago and they have ignored me, absolutely useless company.
