Parcel returned from Royal mail. Post office staff did not know why although they had completed the CN22 and I signed it. The parcel came back after 7 weeks with a CN15(b) form on the returned parcel. After 15 minutes, they sent me off with a contact number that could not help. Poor service. Visit an alternative post office if you want your post to be delivered.
My local Postman is great BUT when it comes to parcels they do not come any where near the time that they are due such as 9:30 11:45. It it ALWAYS well into the afternoon.
This makes it impossible to plan. I have commitments which I am willing to work around but NOT the WHOLE DAY.
If you say you will deliver between these time THEN YOU SHOULD.
On top of that it's the same guy - who's not too friendly - it's like you have disturbed him by having a parcel delivered.
Possibly the worst delivery company in the UK.
The regular guys are great who deliver your letters, however, when you have a parcel being delivered not letters, it never arrives on time, the time slots are too long as well, and when they stick a note via your door they don't tell you what neighbour they left it with and the item reference on the last two were incorrect. I have heard they use agencies workers to deliver parcels. They clearly need more training. Lastly trying to get hold of anyone to speak to is like trying to speak to Pope.
Waiting for parcel , message comes through that address is inaccessable ? Normal mail has just been delivered and no one else has been near. Day two message comes through, same thing , cant get access , so i go online to redirect to local post office, all ok i hoped but now message saying delivering to me today, I believe they have "lost" my package and using this undeliverable nonsense to confuse matters.
I received an email from the above stating that a parcel would be delivered on Saturday July 12. No time was stated so I waited in all day. Nothing received. This morning I managed to trace the tracking no.I was told the parcel would be delivered today 14th July between 11.11 and 2.11. Yes you,ve guessed right no parcel received and I hadn’t left the house. A few weeks ago this company delivered 2 parcels for my neighbour and placed them in my blue box supplied by the Council for wasteaper. One of these parcels contained my neighbours monthly contact lenses. As I had no need to check the box it was put out for collection by the Council. I also received all my neighbour,s post one day as well. No arrangements had ever been made that my blue refuse box was to be used as a safe place I would never suggest anybody used this blue box as a safe place. To say I am not amused by this is an understatement.
Ordered £60 of products from a business on a Wednesday 9th July 2025. They shipped the order on the 10th July using the Post Office using the tracked 48 service, meaning it will arrive at the final destination within 48 hours. So when it sat an the Post Office Chelmsford MC and then Chester MC for 2 days for delivery on Monday 14th July 2025.
Next time the union members wants to strike .... FIRE THEM because they aren't delivering, especially as you are shafting the rest of the country by charging £13.80 for 8 x 1st class stamps.
I was expecting a parcel from eBay but when they tried to deliver it my don't accept it as she could not read the name on the parcel without her glasses, instead of the post man reading it for her he wrote down it was refused!
I tried to get redelivered online and it said it was coming to me in a few days but this did not happen! I when to the parcel office he said ring customer service and expect a long wait. I was on the phone for 40 mins and was told sad the sender did not put his details on the parcel it has gone to Ireland!
There is no way I can get it back even my teaching number!! I've lost my £80 item!! It's a disgrace. They will just bag it up in a pallet and sell it off. In my view it's legalised stealing.
A general complaint about the PO 2 day delivery service. I have purchased a number of items from Ebay sellers over the years, when sellers inform me the courier is the PO 2 day delivery service, you just think oh no. This service delivery is a lottery, the track & trace is a waste of time. The PO just can't handle a 2day delivery service at present. I don't purchase from sellers using the PO 2 day delivery service any longer. Thank you Post Office.

Christchurch Road Newport Post Office. Asian post mistress is always on the phone when serving. No customer service at all, she is indifferent and doesn't offer any help. Charged for 2 ebay pre-paid parcels and said I had wrong qr code. Disgusted. Will not return even though other lady is very nice.
Recently had several parcels delivered from Royal Mail and I only have excellent things to say. Allan our delivery person is always pleasant and always delivers when expected.
