Shameful handling of orders and security – Amazon is failing customers

For the fifth time this year, Amazon has arbitrarily blocked my account due to so-called “suspicious activity” — even though the order was placed by me, from my device, with my login. Once again, my purchase was cancelled without justification, and I was charged twice due to system errors. To make it worse: • Refunds are not immediate, forcing me to chase my own money. • Customer service is nonexistent: agents drop the chat without solving anything, copy-paste vague replies, or simply disappear mid-conversation. • Despite being a long-term customer, I’m treated like a security threat. This is not a one-time issue — it’s a systemic failure of Amazon’s fraud detection and support system. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix problems created by Amazon. You are losing loyal customers with this broken and disrespectful approach.
