Excellent, fast turnaround time within couple of hours. Have used this service before and similar previous experience. This time the airport didn’t need us to show any documentation but for us it’s better to have it than to not.

Their customer service is top! They’re quick to answer the phone when needed and the service we needed was ready in 15 minutes. Also, special thanks to Gigi , she is an angel, she explained everything with compassion to me and she gave me the best advice, if it wasn’t by her we wouldn’t have fixed the situation with my mothers return to work fit note, since Gigi explained to us that we need to go back to the hospital and get the discharge letter from them ( they didn’t want to give us the first time). As I'm not the best person to work on a pc I found it very hard to up load videos and files and down load on them. Never had one at school. I found it all very stressful. But still I bet many people had better experiences than me.

Medical health certificate for study abroad visa.
We used ZoomDoc to get a medical health certificate for our sons study abroad visa, after waiting 3 weeks trying to get one through our GP practice, we were recommended to use them. The process was very straightforward and only took a couple of hours to complete, I made an error on the form which was quickly and easily rectified. I would highly recommend using this company.
