Instructors were knowledgeable and made the content easy too understand. The modules included videos which made learning easier and I enjoyed the weekly live zoom meetings.

The course was very interactive and incorporated many different techniques to resonate with all different types of learners. I was able to gain general but valuable knowledge in several areas of digital marketing. I now have confidence to zone into the specific areas that interest me and begin building my career with the skills that I've learned. Many resources were provided to guide us through deeper learning and practice in all modules of the course. For anyone considering taking the course, I highly recommend attending the optional weekly zoom lectures as it allowed us to learn from each other and get our questions answered on the spot. My experience was great due to an awesome instructor and easy work process. There were no errors, issues, or difficult tech to navigate.
Some of the information, websites, and examples were dated or were changing significantly (ex. Google Ads). I also noticed some of the links to external readings were dead.

I think the class is a great opportunity to get into business analytics or improve your business analysis skills. You get to touch a bit of Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc. Sometimes, it felt very technical and a lot of more STEM or coding. I come from a Finance and HR background though. I wish the class was longer in order to go a little deeper into certain topics, and also had more assessments, such as a midterm and a final exam. The virtual lectures sometimes were helpful. The instructors go too fast, so it's difficult if you fall behind for a second. But in all, it was a good class.

Too much to say, not enough time, amazing course, was able to retain quite a bit and for the areas that need help, I have the modules for 12 months to reference. The two course admins/Teachers we had were more than great, great communicators that truly care and work tirelessly ensuring we were all taken care of regardless of the timeframes. Best course I’ve ever taken and the admins were the key! 5 stars here! Thank you James and Dora!
Overall I realky enjoyed the class & found it helpful. I enjoyed the networking as well. I would have prefered a book to refer back to later. I don't currently work in marketing & it might take a while to change jobs and start applying what I learned.
I found it easy to move through classes, obtain all the necessary information required to ease the process on completing my weekly assignments. I found it easy to learn what I needed to learn and make this course a success for me.
