The delivery arrived as promised and the figures are great<3

After a rubbish experience with a different company i found my sons much longed for Yunglud pop vinyl with Zinga and they were brilliant! Easy website to use, good communication, and quick delivery. Couldnt be happier so thank you!

I've never received my order and they don't respond to my emails.

Ordered 3 July for my son's birthday and still waiting for it on 14 December despite numerous reassurances. Never again.

Ordered x2 items as a birthday present. Package finally arrived 6 weeks later than anticipated.

I ordered Oasis Funko Pops on Sept 15 and Zinga took the cash immediately from my bank. I have heard nothing since and have had no reply from my emails to them requesting a refund. Avoid this company at all costs! Scam, is the only word that springs to mind. How can these people be allowed to operate??,

Paid for Oasis funko pops in July and for various reasons Zinga couldn’t deliver my order. However i was kept informed during this period and when i asked for order to be cancelled, the refund was made with 2 days. These things happen but the customer service was on point and good. I will definitely use Zinga in the future you can tell they have a customer focused culture.

Ho ordinato a luglio in pre-order 2 funko, con spedizione prevista a settembre. Visto che non ricevevo alcuna notizia ho scritto io, ad ottobre, e mi rispondono che partirà per la metà del mese. A fine ottobre ancora nessuna notizia; riscrivo e mi rispondono che “forse” partiranno per fine dicembre. Problemi con i fornitori possono esserci, ma perchè non informare preventivamente i clienti? Infine non propongono mai il rimborso/recesso

Garbage company. Don't answer any emails. Ordered 2 pokemkn boxes. No sign of them, just taken my money and no product. Will be contacting trading standards unless my order is fulfilled and a good explanation given

I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion only fair to warn people. I placed an order 08/08/2022 for a pre order item to be delivered from 14/10/2022 I hadn't heard anything after this to which they replied they had dome delays but should be with me if I wait a further week. This then passed I waited 2 weeks still no update then I sent another email to chase they then informed me that orders were unable to be filled as they had to renegotiate contracts with their suppliers. They then said I had to wait further now more than 3 months after placing the order they have cancelled it. Suffice to say will not be ordering again from the company as communication and updates were not provided
