Do not purchase from them, I order advent calendars and I didn't get the amount of units that I ordered. They initially contacted me to resolve this but I have not heard from them since. The order was placed on the 13th of September and I am now having to claim back the money for the items that have not arrived.

The ordering process was simple and easy. Delivery went smoothly and items were well packaged and intact. I was kept up to date via email and grateful for their support.
I order the 3 pack of Trailer Park Boy Pops in 2023 and NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! I bought the pack in 2023 and now have been told on several occasions that they can not send out my order until they received stock of Bubbles who was unavailable still. I have be OVERLY patient with Zinga Entertainment but know realise that they have taken the p**s and I would give this company a huge swere if you're thinking of buying from them. I am now seeking a full refund. There have been sparse updates from their end, basically telling me it's someone else's fault they cant fulfill my PRE-ORDERED items and it's only when I send a rather curt email to them requesting my items do they give me yet another excuse of the stock not being available from distributor. If you do not give priority to preorders how can you expect anyone to take you seriously, or they need a full revamp of the purchasing department because they have no idea how to order appropriate levels of stock to fill orders. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
