Overall a good experience. Easy to locate the kiosk, no problems with the vehicle with exception that it didn't have android or apple car play. Christiano was very helpful and assisted me to return the car quickly.

I'm glad to see that i'm not the only one caught out by the early return policy. What they don't tell you is that by entering the barrier, "which they monitor" at car park 4 before 08:30 a charge of 30 euro's is taken from the card used when hiring at the shared office/ hut. I can't complain about the car, although well used and not the car I expected, but I did bring it back cleaner than on pickup and with a a lot more fuel "full in fact". The arrogance of the return's guy, lost him a generous tip........Best avoid.
Hired a car for 3 weeks from Faro airport, Portugal, no issues. Cheaper than other suppliers. Instructions to pick up car could be a bit clearer (go to T4 car park and find the booth), but pickup was straightforward and car was new and in good condition. Drop off was possible at 4am in the morning for an early flight. And toll charges were automatically taken off credit card 1 week later (and charges were correct). 1 star less because staff was grumpy and tank wasn’t completely full when we picked up the car (which we didn’t realise till later).
I recently rented a car from Yor Car Hire in Portugal, and my experience was quite mixed. The lady who initially dealt with our rental was lovely and very helpful. However, everything else afterwards was disappointing. Despite booking a large car, none was available. The car we received had no petrol, and halfway to our destination, the coolant temperature light came on. Even though we were already two hours into our journey, they asked us to pull over and wait for a mechanic, without providing a clear time frame for his arrival. This was particularly stressful as we had two children with us, one of whom was a restless baby after a full day of traveling.
