Didn't turn up for our transfer on arrival and no one answering the phone. Late on our pick up to the airport. Car dirty and driver drove dangerously

Really disappointed. We had Yam booked on our package deal for a transfer. Our flight arrived early and we queued to show our passports and baggage was there straight away. Went to the arrivals area and the driver had gone ! Said he only waits for 60 minutes but started the 60 minutes the moment the plane had landed!! I was speaking to him exactly an hour after landing and he had already left. Didn’t answer my calls, didn’t arrange anything else, emergency numbers don’t connect. Terrible service. We had to pay for an Uber on top of what we had already paid.

What a fantastic holiday we had and the trip that Shahina at Yam Tourism arranged for us were unbelievable. We did a helicopter tour of Dubai, dune bashing in the desert in a 4x4, quad biking, camel rides, an amazing yacht cruise and bbq, a tour of old Dubai. I can’t recommend them, a fantastic company who made sure everything went like clockwork. Thank you and look forward to coming back and doing more trips soon.

We used Yam tourism for our transfers from and to the airport to the palm Dubai. They were very professional and reliable and kept us up to date with messages about our pick up times.

Yam tourism provided excellent tours and excursions. They were engaging and ensured communications were maintained throughout. It was a seamless experience from booking to on the day. The arranged everything from tours including transfers to and from hotel. Thank you to Yam tourism and Rayna tourism. Really enjoyed our Dubai luxury yacht and Abu Dabhi city day tour.

Driver picked me up at my apartment in Abu Dhabi to take me to dubai airport. However the driver fell asleep at the wheel twice. I had to shout to waken him. At one point he stopped and poured cold water over his head. He informed me he had been driving for over 36 hours. It was terrifying ride. I’ve not had any response from there customer service after several emails. I would not recommend

Used YAM’s services for airport pickup and drop off. No issues on either side. Responsible and professional. They also made sure to confirm details prior and ensured we had a baby car seat for our child. And when we needed more space on the way back, they were flexible in being able to provide a larger vehicle for a nominal cost. Will gladly use them again!

Booked Yam via our travel agent for transfer from Dubai airport to hotel and back again. Good communication via WhatsApp in advance for both journeys. Punctual. Friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Happily recommend and use again

Excellent...slight delay on arrival..they waited and also the rep was excellent. Return journey...confirmed time prior to pick up and informed time would be at Hotel on day did not disappoint. No qualms...simple, friendly and efficient.

Our Travel agent booked Yam, and they were extremely good, great communication on collection and departure to the Hotel . Drivers were excellent

Bonsoir à toutes et à tous, Mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Il y a toujours mais, il en un en particulier. Tout d'abord je tiens à vous remercier de l'efficacité de votre réactivité de m'avoir assurer et ainsi accompagner sur mes démarches. Je vous signale que l'équipe de la réception du service entretien et ménage superbe 👍👍👍👍. Contrairement à l'équipe de la cuisine sur plusieurs points à revoir Ils innovent jamais toujours les mêmes plats 2 desserts 🍨 à chaque fois le riz à ce niveau je n'en pouvais plus je vous signale que je suis ici depuis le 26 août je pense qu'il ya un manque d'empathie et finir le Petit déjeuner idem mais c'est ce qui est mieux. Enfin de compte on mange mieux à l'extérieure et il serait judicieux de préciser la pense complète car lors de mes différents voyages c'était à volonté contrairement ici voilà le seul bémol. Je vous remercie pour l'accueil dans votre pays si beau. Mahammed.

The driver had a lot of patience waiting for me while I was dealing with immigration documents and looking for my luggage, he waited and waited till I came out and he even excuse the delay 😑

Easy to locate the company rep at the collection point, taken to the car quickly after we landed, competitive pricing compared to other companies and a very friendly driver who chatted away the whole journey to the hotel which is itself was very quick and comfortable ride in a clean car. I visit Dubai numerous times a year and will be using Yam Tourism again.

They go the extra mile for all collections & drop offs there communication is very amazing.
