I recently had a negative interaction…Support??

I recently had a negative interaction with an Operator/Support Agent. I was asking questions, which I had several to ask, when suddenly the conversation was ended by the support person Simon. This is appearing to be a trend. The staff doesn’t answer when they don’t want to or if there is conflicting information. They address what they feel is relevant and don’t care about anything else. I have several questions left unanswered and after this most recent negative interaction, I’m hesitant, if not, reluctant to even try. What is the issue here? Why is the staff allowed to behave this way? This is the third time something like this has happened that I’ve experienced. I wasn’t asking about my verification status in process, I have multiple other concerns but all I’m getting is feedback regarding something I’m not asking about and being dismissed. This is wholly unacceptable and unfair. Are players not allowed to ask question about information? Is the goal to make it difficult for the players to gain information and understanding about processes and the site as a whole? I’m left with so many more questions than answers figuratively and literally. Not to mention the lack of transparency about the initial bonus offers to begin with and the incredible hoops you have to jump through to reach a withdrawal if you’re successful. That’s an entire story of its own. I had gained some patience out of nowhere regarding dealing with this company. However, experiences like the one above and many others are just so devastating to that patience and confidence in the company to be honest, helpful, transparent or simply cooperative in the most simple of ways. After having dealt with many companies, this one by far has given me the most cause for concern. I hope they right the ship, or at least make it right in this instance. All it takes is a conversation. Thats what the live support is for I thought. Not to rudely ignore and end the chat abruptly and prematurely. Very slim chance I continue to do business here and that window is closing with instances like the one referenced here.

Yabby Casino is running a scam

I tried Yabby and deposited $50 under a promotion for new users. I confirmed the deal with customer service before I made the deposit. I was gifted 501% bonus funds and told I had to meet wagering requirements before I could withdraw a maximum of $250. I met the wagering requirements and my balance of +$400 was lowered to $250. I attempted to withdraw the $250 and was informed that I could only withdraw $78 and the rest of the funds would be deleted from my account. I attempted twice to get customer service to explain what is going on and they could not. I STRONGLY recommend people stay away from this online casino ......it is a scam! The company has responded and instead of addressing the issue of their support staff giving me false or misleading information (telling me that once I met wagering requirements I would be entitled to withdraw $250) ..... the company has continued to throw mosquito wings in my path and try to obfuscate the issues. I maintain that the casino, while it may technically be covered by small print hidden away somewhere on their website, is scamming new users with their sign up gambits and has no intention of paying out winnings as it was originally presented to me. When a company does what was done to me I call it as I see it and in this case I stand by my contention that Yabby Casino is running a scam.

Scammersss

Now they tell me in order to withdraw I must deposit even though previously I have it’s bullshit and the agents are not helpful go spend your money on a site that deserves it like Jackpota because Yabby is such a scam

Their not even licensed to operate a casino anywhere in the USA and that comes from a reputable source. And some of the people below saying they got paid work for them and are full of crap. No one ever got paid. They are a scam and I will be taking action against them for taking my personal information and using it for fraud. Your full of crap I talked to your customer service like 10 times and they either cut me off and said goodbye bc you know your app scam. So when the FBI shuts you down soon since I contacted them about you for fraud and they are 100 percent looking into it so nobody will be hearing from your scamming app soon.

I had already cashed out once before…

I had already cashed out once before and was therefore already verified yet I was forced to repeat the process anyway. As annoying as that is by itself, I had to resubmit my documents repeatedly for whatever reason and each time I waited hours to days just to be asked to resend them, dragging out the entire process. What's worse, when inquiring to customer support as to wether or not my newly supplied proof of existence was adequate there only response was reiterating the same quote from the "terms of service". That being said, I was eventually able to cash out and have been assured that my future withdrawals will be processed without any delay.

Good casino they do payout. Saw another review where a person said they heard it was impossible to get paid out from bonus winnings. That is definitely not the case since I’ve done it numerous times. They are legit.

Bonus may be a scam

so I verified my account, I played with free welcome bonus and it is now asking me for a deposit for verification before I can withdraw my winnings from that free bonus. I am afraid f I make the deposit and they come up with some excuse why I can't withdraw my money from my deposit or from my bonus. From other reviews it seems like it is impossible to get the bonus winnings

Changed my star rating after they responded

So basically. I played with the free chip that they give you as a new comer. And I went through all of it and still had to left over a $50. I added dodge coin just $10 and when I tried to pull out my earnings. They told me that they would not put any of my dodge dogecoin on my account until i went through the money that was on there already. But they still took the money from my bank. So so I decided to go through the money that I had on there from the free chip. And I was able to get the $10 in Dogecoin on to my account. My account was verified already. And I had around fifty one dollars and i saw that you can only make withdrawals if light coin bit coin. Or ethereum.... I gave them my light coin address in. They told me that it was not valid. I ended up just going through the money from being impatient and when I tried contacting support and asked them how come I wasn't able to get my earnings? They said my account was below 50 so. I couldn't withdraw at that time. But I was not asking for it at that time. I had expressed that it was when I did have over fifty but they would not answer me. I really like their games that they have on there. And I wanna put in more money into the account. I'm just scared that if I do, they're gonna give me another excuse. YABBY REPS WILL LIE TO JUSTIFY THEIR DECISIONS | Yabby refused to accept responsibility for a technical error that led to losses.

Since updating my previous review did not spark Yabby reps to reply, I'm creating a new review. I hope that players who read reviews to see if they will use Yabby or not read this exchange. Yabby's reps clearly lie & misrepresent the facts.If I could attached the emails to support this, I would hapily do so. REPLY TO YABBY RESPONSE George, I'm so glad you are the one to reply here since you were the one that was the main contact throughout this issue. You have misrepresented facts here and even altered what you originally said to me. Below are my responses to specific points you brought up: - I never said the notification was displayed in any of my emails. This is a lie. - You continue to attempt to downplay the technical issue with the confirmation requirement, yet that is the only element that ensures play is stopped and the player can actually read the notification. This is a critical function of the notification. - My complaint was not based on the "Agree" button being shown. This is a lie. My complaint was actually based on the fact that the notification never was displayed (title of my original email is "No Notification for Meeting Bonus Requirements"). To prove it wasn't displayed I asked for your team to confirm in the log if I had confirmed and agreed to the continued terms of the notification, which normally would be there if it was displayed. That is when your team said there waws an issue that your software partner noted for you. - I in fact do not have access to track my wagering progress at all times. This is a lie that you already acknowledged in emails to me. In the mobile version of your site, there is not ability for me to track wagering progress during gameplay. So if this is required by your terms, then it sure seems like a violation of your terms if I can;'t check this progress at all times. - Your point about me continuing to play and didn't double check.... Ts company sent me a SZcemail to play so…

This company sent me a email to play so I signed up. Well I won over 600..00 and when I went to redeem they wouldn't pay me. They said I had to deposit money before I got the money I won. They wanted 100 deposit to get what I won. I'm sick and tired of scammers and this casino is that SCAMMERS!! Don't play here they are fraud people.
