My wife and I have had savings accounts with Zopa for several years and I was pleased initially. However, I’ve been disappointed with their cash ISA’s, particularly the way both their easy access and fixed rates are lumped together and there are penalties if you want to transfer the easy access element to another provider. I have also found their interest rates in general are less competitive than they used to be.

Zopa are offering services some other lenders often overlook. I found them really nice to deal with, quick decisions and when paying off my loan recently all was easy to manage online and in minutes.

Just opened a Zopa Biscuit Acct so I could access their Smart Savings Hub and a boosted Saver. Quick & simple via the App. Card arrived quickly in a dinky little card holder, size of an "old" floppy disc (showing my age), that you pull down to reveal the card. Got the same from Chase, and maybe little things amuse little minds, but the card thingys are brilliant! Got a picture of a Jammie Dodger on the card device - I think Zopa should send out a packet of Dodgers to each new customer. I applied for a Co-op acct at the same time - got the current acct open, but still waiting on their card, and approval for the Co-op saver acct....zzzzz..... Take a leaf out of Zopa's book Co-op & get your skates on....or should that be take a biscuit out of the Zopa biscuit barrel !

Zopa is one of the best credit cards I have ever had. Very easy to understand T&Cs I can download my statements on the apps and send them as a file to my computer to watch them on the bigger screen.

I have two loans which was really easy to apply for I have a credit card and a current account, everything is straightforward unlike most banks where you feel like your jumping hoop. Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend Zopa.
