Customer Service is sorely lacking
Customer Service is sorely lacking. My order was pushed from person to person none of which took ownership and each time the price increased. From the beginning, there were miscommunications and due to the delay in processing my order - someone went on vacay and dropped the ball - I had to pay high shipping fees. My advice, use someone local if possible.

excellent ordering process
I love the ease of ordering and your website is excellent. All of our questions were answered via your site. We also loved how many options of type are offered along with how the program factors in what the size of our display will be once we selected our font. We are excited to show this display off at my daughter’s wedding 1 September. We both have an art background and considered trying to create these Roman Numerals we ordered by ourselves. There is no way ours would compete with your professional rendering. We are very excited to see the finished product.
