I bought my whole holiday wardrobe this year from Woodhouse , most of the deliveries were next day using standard delivery . Everything was as ordered and the usual high standard. Sad to see the site close as I've used it for years . Great place to shop with great prices . Gutted.

Sorry that they are closing but paid for a year unlimited delivery a month or so ago.

I’m not sure why Woodhouse want a review if they are closing down 🤔anyway I have ordered a few items from Woodhouse found them to be very good only downside is they don’t enclose a return label and I have had to chase up a couple of returns but everything fine in the end I would definitely order from them again if they weren’t closing down

I received an email to say my order was on its way on Friday 10th March Order number and tracking number I have gone to look at the tracking and all I keep getting is directed to Flannels web site and neither order or tracking number can be found I put the tracking order into DPD and again no record. Totally no idea where my order is and not expecting to find anything on it !!

Same as other comments can’t return items as no paperwork in the parcel. No way of communicating with them.

Excellent service from start to finish, and really good priced items. Would highly recommend.
